The 2023 Vosne-Romanée Village comes from three lieux-dits. It shows more red fruit on the nose compared to other Village Crus, with the stems a tad more prominent at the moment. Violets emerge with time. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins that should loosen up during the remainder of élevage. Gentle grip settles in toward the slightly confit-like finish. Fine. Drink 2026-2036.
