Tasting Notes

Fragrant and refined with a delicate earthiness underlining the sour cherry fruit, this has excellent concentration and very fine tannins that drive the long graceful finish. Already delicious, but with an excellent future ahead of it. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
