Ladoix Rouge, Philippe Pacalet 2019

Tasting Notes

Champs Pussuet is a climat between the Route Nationale and the Bois de Mont on the way to Cogolin, with 50-year-old vines planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in iron rich clay over limestone, with a southern exposition. The wine is 100% fermented as whole clusters, yet the colour is deep and the fruit is forward and generous. 2021-2029
