Exceptional pure deep purple. The nose is very hedonistic, fully ripe. Plusher than the Clos de la Roche. Plums, some oak, deep lush fruit. Once again the palate has a purity over and above the nose, with an incredible expression of super ripe lush but balanced fruit. This is double damask flock wallpaper. It is still an infant and can use significantly more ageing.
