This is also aromatically quite cool with its combination of green apple, floral, lemon-lime and an interesting hint of orange peel. The elegant, sophisticated and ultra-fine medium weight flavors exude a subtle minerality that adds a sense of lift to the dry, focused and lightly austere finale. This strikingly pretty effort is textbook Combettes.
