Tasting Notes

The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Etelois is 100% de-stemmed and contains 14.0° alcohol. Despite a touch of reduction, there are some lovely raspberry and blueberry fruit here, laced with pressed violets. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, gentle and caressing with a velvety smooth finish. This is superb. (Drink between 2026-2046)
