Ripe, crushed berry fruit. Classic Médoc bouquet. Fresh, almost crunchy fruit, good extraction, needs time to soften. Drink from 2016. Awarded 3 stars.
Dark crimson with some purple still. Very introvert and pretty strongly Cabernet. Very dry and traditional in build - satisfying example of that style though just a slightly green note on the finish
