Another vineyard worked by horse. 40% whole bunch, still in barrel, 75% new wood. Mid crimson purple. A beautiful bouquet, with a headiness brought by the whole bunches. Dark red fruit with floral overtones. The stems give some white pepper as well, an there is a fine elegant finish.
