Here too pungent aromas of moderate wood influence and reduction push the fruit to the background. More interesting are the powerful and solidly dense medium-bodied flavors that possess a seductive, even lush, mouthfeel before concluding in a moderately austere, dry and stony finish. This too could use better depth but more should develop if given 6 to 10 years of cellaring.
