Tasting Notes

Moderate reduction renders the nose impossible to evaluate. The very ripe middle weight flavors possess a velvety mouth feel as well as a mocha-infused character on the textured and sappy finish that delivers excellent length. This is not as overtly structured but will still require every bit of a decade to reach its peak. Note: fashioned with 10% whole clusters
