Strong anise and earth notes blend into an elegant, expressive and intense mélange of red and black fruits followed by supple yet muscular flavors that display perhaps the best acid/fruit balance of any wine here. There is length to burn and I especially admired the finishing complexity. A terrific effort with excellent potential. Drink: 2010+
Earthy, almost sweaty. Rich and lively. Quite expensive. Dried cherry notes. 2010 - 2020
