Tasting Notes

Not too pronounced in colour, and with a striking elegance of bouquet. Then a bit of bacon fat emerges as well, Complex, classy, interesting. A lovely thread of mineral acidity through the middle and the fruit keeps returning in a lively fashion. Super wine!
