Tasting Notes

Mid lemon colour. The bouquet is more backward but shows very promising density. Really intense in all departments for the vintage, surprisingly high acidity but the 2021 Cailleret has the mineral intensity of the vintage. Major potential here. Drink from 2027-2035.
