More elegant if more restrained aromas include those of white flowers, lemon zest and a suggestion of mineral reduction. I very much like the notably more refined texture of the mineral-driven middleweight flavors that also come up slightly short on the bitter lemon-inflected finale. A few years of cellaring should be beneficial as this seems mildly awkward at present.
