Their holding is in the cooler south-south-east facing corner of Vaucoupin near the forest with some blue marl mixed in to the kimmeridgian clay. Light lemon colour. The nose is closed, but with energy and promise, still in a white fruit register. Thick texture, almost oily but clean too. Long fine finish with the white stones showing through.
