Chablis Vaudesir, Seguinot-Bordet 2021

Here too there is a subtle if perceptible dollop of oak surrounding the spicier aromas that are infused with plenty of that maritime character that makes Chablis so distinctive. The dense, succulent and borderline suave medium-bodied flavors still manage to retain the innate delicacy of a fine Vaudésir on the sappy yet very punchy and wonderfully long finale. While this will be approachable, and enjoyable, on the younger side, it should have no problem rewarding extended keeping.
