25% whole bunch in one new barrel, not racked. Heavenly mid purple, with a ravishing bouquet. Much more depth than the Clos St-Denis, and an excellent texture with all sorts of fruit detail coming out behind, very elegant supple and subtle. Liquid raspberry extract but with points of cherry and blackberry as well. Tasted: November 2021.
