The 2020 Vosne-Romanée En Orveaux 1er Cru has a vivacious bouquet, red cherries mixed with raspberry preserve and crushed stone aromas, later, wilted rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red berry fruit, fine acidity, quite structured and "correct" on the Morey-like finish. Not a flamboyant Vosne-Romanée, but well-crafted. (Drink between 2024-2036)
