A more elegant nose is airy, pure and nicely layered with its array of plum, dark cherry and spice. There is a lovely energy to the delineated, tightly wound and serious flavors that retain their usual refinement on the firm and youthfully austere finish. Pluchots typically always ages well and this example should do so as well. Excellent.
