(Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Eiswein lange GK) AP: 02 10. Tasted on multiple occasions, this hits you first with exuberant and exotic notes of fruits, honey and bakery products. The overall aromatic expression reminds one more of that of a fine Auslese than a racy Eiswein. This feeling carries over also on the palate, where the wine explodes with round and creamy flavors of fruits. The finish is quite fresh and lively, and leaves a delicate and elegant feel in the long after-taste. This impressive and somewhat showy Eiswein (especially by Prüm standards) will age gracefully over a few decades. Now-2032
