Grands Echézeaux, Domaine du Clos Frantin 2011

The 2011 Grands Echézeaux Grand Cru is clean and precise on the nose, very detailed and pure with ebullient red cherry and wild strawberry laced with cold stone and pressed flower scents. The palate is well balanced with succulent ripe tannin, good depth and well-integrated oak. This is a classy, sophisticated offering from the Bichot team with real precision and detail on the finish.
