A markedly floral-suffused nose displays additional aromas of spicy essence of red cherry, currant and crushed fennel. There is a similar mouthfeel though with notably more minerality present on the slightly more voluminous flavors that possess a refined mid-palate texture that contrasts somewhat with the compact, serious and more overtly austere finish. This firmly structured and tightly wound effort is going to require at least some patience and I would recommend not touching a bottle before its 5th birthday. (Drink starting 2031)
