This 2022 White Plexus is a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier - a Barossan take on the Côtes du Rhône blend. It's a wine that impresses with its detail rather than sheer power. There are layers of beeswax, lanolin and pith aromas with subtle nutty nuances thanks to six months of aging in older French oak. Then, fresh, bright, juicy acidity gives upfront impact before settling into a creamy textured package, that acid line holding it through to a decent finish.
