Bâtard Montrachet, Domaine Marc Morey 2010

Only aggressive swirling coaxes the reluctant aromas of white flower, lemon zest and subtle spice hints to emerge. The ripe and rich large-scaled flavors are relatively fine while displaying a suave and exceptionally pure mouth feel, all wrapped in a balanced, linear and superbly persistent finish. 2010 very much seems to be a vintage that favored Bâtard in general and in keeping with that benefit, this is unusually fine compared to what I typically find with this wine.
