Vosne Romanee Suchots, Pascale Marchand / Marchand-Tawse / Domaine Tawse 2013

A penetrating nose is presently comprised of very strong reduction and wood toast. There is good richness to the velvet-textured and mouth coating medium-bodied flavors that possess an abundance of dry extract that helps to buffer the moderately firm and, somewhat curiously, rustic finish. This will probably come together but at the moment it's not a typical example of the appellation.
