Tasting Notes

Aged largely in oak and partly in stainless steel, the 2017 Ried Supperin Grüner Veltliner is clear, deep and intense on the fruity and mineral (crushed stones) nose. Complex and juicy on the palate, this is a full-bodied and spicy, well-structured GV with fine tannins and a long and intense finish. Excellent! Tasted in Oberloiben/Wachau, September 2018. Drink 2020-2033.
