A 1.6-ha site on a 20-year contract. Clones 115 and 667. 60% whole bunch. Next to Clay Shales vineyard, at 320 m. High-density planting: 11,000 vines on 1.6 ha.
Dense and layered nose. Broad and perfumed with more than a hint of violets. Lots of chewiness on the end. Dry finish and still quite reticent but very promising.
