Nuits Saint Georges, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard 2019

Once again there is really lovely freshness to the distinctly earthy red currant, cherry and iron-inflected nose. There is fine detail and underlying vibrancy to the solidly concentrated flavors that terminate in a youthfully austere finish where a mild touch of rusticity gradually emerges as it sits on the palate.
