Tasting Notes

Pale colour. Deeply savoury on the nose, with notes of cereal, wood smoke and creamy hints of stone fruit. The palate shows the vintage's classic tension, with lively acidity against gentle, cool fruit. This is lithe, with classic proportions and an airy drinkability. Very approachable and moreish.
