Tasting Notes

**Note: to be bottled only in magnum**
A cooler and more restrained nose features notes of various dark berries, tea, forest floor and a very pretty array of floral elements. The sleek, markedly intense and beautifully delineated imposingly scaled flavors brim with both minerality and a refreshing salinity that builds on the overtly austere, compact and very serious finale. Once again, more depth is needed but here too better complexity will almost surely develop. Note that my suggested initial drinking window also reflects the large format bottling.
