Unwinding in the glass with aromas of crisp stone fruit, buttery pastry, white flowers and fresh bread, the 2021 Pouilly-Fuissé La Roche is medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with a layered core of fruit, bright acids and a long, saline finish. It has turned out very well, indeed.
