A more elegant, pure and airy nose mixes notes of lavender, acacia and rose petal with those of hazelnut and poached pear. There is a notably finer texture to the utterly delicious, sleek, intense and beautifully delineated flavors that possess a lovely mid-palate succulence that contrasts with the complex, stony and sneaky long finish. This is a really lovely Bouchères of finesse. Sweet spot. Outstanding

Pure clean pale yellow. An attractive bouquet, gracefully oaked, with fine fruit. A fine-boned discretion, elegant and well woven. A long fine finish, with good acidity. DIAM 30 closure.
