A ripe nose features notes of mostly white orchard fruit and lemon-lime nuances. There is very good richness to the energetic medium weight flavors that culminate in a chiseled, clean and very dry finale. This too is an excellent Bourgogne and highly recommended. Note: Roulot noted that 30 to 40% of the blend was raised in stainless steel
Offering up scents of pear, citrus oil, white flowers, peach and freshly baked bread, the 2019 Bourgogne Blanc is medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with racy acids, fine concentration and a fleshy but precise profile. This is another success in the making.
