Tasting Notes

A notably more elegant and airier nose slowly reveals super-fresh aromas of pure citrus-tinged pear, apple and plenty of floral influence. The medium weight flavors are refined to the point of being delicate before culminating in an intensely saline and mineral-infused finish. This understated and harmonious effort is lovely.
