Tasting Notes

A redder-fruited style with cool raspberries and light, wild red cherries. Abundant perfume of red flowers on offer, too. This has a vibrant and juicy palate that delivers a succulent, taut and crisp feel. Drink now. Screw cap.

The 2017 Gibbston Vineyard Pinot Noir weaves an intricate tracery of herbal, floral and tea-like notes on the nose, gracefully supporting delicate red fruit notes of strawberries and raspberries. It's a complex, medium-bodied rendering of Pinot Noir that loses a bit of fruit intensity on the finish, finishing dry but silky.
