Tasting Notes

(with thanks to Dr. Michael Chen). Deep golden but with no browning. A fully mature (but not post-mature) nose remains unusually fresh even with the background hints of sous-bois that are present. There is plenty of zip to the intense and well-detailed flavors that exude a fine minerality on the ever-so-slightly tangy finish that makes up for its less than perfect balance through excellent depth and length. This is still drinking well and should continue to do so as it's really very lively.
