A highly restrained but ultra-elegant nose requires aggressive swirling to reveal its cool and pure aromas of green apple, lemon rind and pretty floral wisps. The less concentrated and powerful but much more refined flavors possess a lovely sense of underlying tension along with notably more minerality on the lemony and saline-suffused finish. This tightly wound effort will also need to add a bit of depth but it's already exceptionally pretty and, as the best examples of Bouchères always are, a wine of finesse.
