Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine de Montille 2017

Tasting Notes

Note taken from Chateau de Puligny.
A moderately phenolic nose (olive oil-like nuances) exhibits plenty of floral, spice and citrus elements. The sleek, intense and overtly mineral-driven big-bodied flavors coat the palate with dry extract while delivering impressively fine length on the equally compact, serious and built-to-age finale. This too is going to require extended bottle age to reveal its full potential.
