Pierre Peters L'Etonnant Monsieur Victor Edition MK09 Non Vintage

The NV L'Étonnant Monsieur Victor Edition MK09 is the first release of a newly created top Chardonnay cuvée that blends the best tanks of Les Chétillons with the best vats of the family's perpetual reserve (solera). Based on 2009 and disgorged in December 2015, this Blanc des Blancs offers an intense and ripe nose that indicates a lovely maturity of ripe and baked apples with a touch of cinnamon. Full-bodied, round, intense and fresh on the palate, this is a very pure, lean and mineral, but also fruity Champagne with a very long and complex finish. A simply great new Champagne whose artistic label is very cool.
