Tasting Notes

A very perfumed and floral nose - so expressive. The ripe, redcurrant fruit on the palate is concentrated but very pure and clean - strawberry jam and a hint of spice. The wine is remarkably complex for a Barolo 'normale'. This is a bit of a bargain - the perfect stop gap to drink on release (with a bit of decanting) whilst you wait for La Serra to mature.
