Chablis Valmur, Domaine François Raveneau 2016

A distinctly ripe yet beautifully airy nose exhibits a broad range of classic Chablis aromas that include floral, green fruit, salt water and iodine scents. The intense, detailed and racy large-scaled flavors brim with an almost pungent minerality on the overtly powerful, driving and hugely long finish that is almost painful in its delivery. This is as big and powerful a wine as the Clos with the same almost painful intensity to the finale. Another 'wow' wine.
