Morey Saint Denis, Domaine Coquard Loison-Fleurot 2017

Tasting Notes

From three lieux-dits in the middle and north of the village. Notably denser purple colour compared to the Chambolle, and displaying a stricter, firmer nose. Sweet ripe cherries, lovely acidity, medium plus concentration and fine aftertaste. More muscle here and a sublime depth of rich dark cherry fruit. Makes a great contrast to the Chambolle-Musigny.
