Tasting Notes

Bright lemon colour in the glass, with honeyed greengage, mint and lemon verbena on the nose. The palate is tangy and zippy in acid, full of vibrant citrus fruit. The touch of bottle age has added a little honeyed weight and waxyness to the palate, complementing the tropical fruits in the background. Lively and lifted to the finish, with fresh green fruits adding extra tang. Perfect to drink now.
