Tasting Notes

A touch of the exotic can be found on the mildly reduced petrol-suffused nose but note that the reduction is sufficiently light that it's not unduly intrusive. There is solid density and richness to the sophisticated and delicious middle weight plus flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the markedly bitter citrus peel finish that is sneaky long; indeed it seems to recur in several different waves. If one was being picky it would be necessary to point out that there is noticeable warmth to the almost oily backend. I wouldn't describe this as typical as it's a bit ponderous but it is impressive in its fashion.
