A bright, pale colour in the glass, the nose here is chalky and steely, bringing lemon pith, white flowers and a touch of struck flint on the nose. The palate is pure and mineral, pairing savoury and lightly bready notes with a slight fleshy roundness that brings hints of lemon curd and white stone fruit. This builds through the mid palate, with a creamy but delicate mousse adding textural breadth whilst retaining such poise and fleet-footed freshness. Zippy and lifted on a long finish.
