Like the CSD this is exceptionally floral with its notes of lavender, rose petal and violets that add elegance to the beautifully spicy and notably cool red currant and pomegranate scents. There is again outstanding volume and mid-palate concentration to the vibrant and intense broad-shouldered flavors that deliver strikingly fine length and minerality on the impeccably well-balanced finale that is clearly built-to-age and again will need plenty of it.
