Dom Perignon P3 1983

Tasting Notes

Immensely surprising that this so ordinary vintage of Dom Pérignon is such a delightful Oenothèque edition. I struggled with myself, but could do no other than give this aromatically perfect wine 96 points. Of course it is light and lacking in concentration, but it is at the same time blissfully tender and ethereal. The toasted, nutty, caramellized, fruity tones have been completely integrated in a symphonically perfect whole.
