Reduction dominates the nose at present. There is more size and weight to the fleshier if not finer medium-bodied flavors that exude an abundance of dry extract that imparts a velvety and seductive mouth feel to the palate soaking, punchy and impressively long finish. This is quite different from the En Orveaux because while there is more volume here, there is also less refinement. A qualitative choice.
