Tasting Notes

A discreet touch of wood sets off the spicy black cherry, cassis and floral aromas that slide gracefully into rich, generous and opulent large-scaled flavors that display both excellent volume and fine phenolic maturity of the structural items, all wrapped in a mouth coating and mildly austere finish. This is every bit as long as the Malconsorts but not quite as deep. That said, there is an abundance of dry extract here and it could match it in time. Drink 2023+
