Vosne Romanée Les Beauxmonts, Domaine Hudelot-Noellat 2011

This is notably more restrained with a discreetly spicy but highly complex aromatic profile of red currant, plum and floral elements. There is plenty of punch to the mineral-driven, intense and mouth coating flavors that possess a highly refined mouth feel because like several wines in the range the tannins are quite fine-grained. But perhaps this wine's best attribute is the sheer length, which is most impressive.
